No two classes are ever the same!  A great all round workout designed to improve your cardio fitness and muscle definition! 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of core stretching work. Using a variety of equipment.

ALL ATTENDEE’S PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING WHILST IN THE CLASS AND ACCESSING AND DEPARTING THE CLASS AND CLUB PREMISES. PLEASE BRING BE ON TIME BUT NOT TOO EARLY, AND VACATE IMMEDIATELY CLASS FINISHES. THANK YOU.
