A floor based exercise class only suitable for those looking for a more challenging Pilates experience.
During this class, you will work on strengthening your core. You will then work from your centre outwards, building strength and flexibility with a mixture of resistance, repetition, dynamic movement and stretching.
At the end of this Pilates class you should feel relaxed but like you have had an intense and testing workout!!!
Advanced Pilates attendees, please note:
Social distancing will be required when entering the class, during the class and when departing the class.
Members are encouraged to bring their own mat.
Members are asked to arrive no more than five minutes before the class is due to start.
