A way to exercise in water taking away most or all of the impact on your bones, joints and muscles to great music.

Gentle on your joints and great for toning up, Aqua is a cardio and conditioning, pool based workout that gets muscles working against the resistance of the water; elevating the heart rate and burning calories.

Water is approximately 800 times denser than air –so you’ll work harder; whole body workout, while stretching and twisting the body.

Mondays
  • 6:45 pm to 7:30 pm
Tuesdays
  • 9:15 am to 10:00 am
  • 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm
Thursdays
  • 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm
Fridays
  • 9:45 am to 10:30 am

What are the benefits?

Strengthens core muscles and the increased resistance means an increase in muscle tone strength and endurance levels.
