Big Bouncy Balls BBB’s

A 45 minute class using the Fitballs.

Based around the core muscles which are the foundation of any fitness regime.Upper and lower body exercises using a mixture of cardio, static and weights to target all muscle groups as well as strengthening the core muscles of the abdominal area.
