Core Conditioning

Intensity: Low to Moderate

Gentle toning exercises for an all over body workout followed by an invigorating stretch session to leave you feeling flexible and ready for the day!

Suitable for all levels of fitness but particularly suitable for beginners, those returning to exercise or somebody wanting a more relaxed workout.

This 45 minute class focuses on improving the mind and body by increasing flexibility and ranges of motion and encouraging an optimistic outlook.

ALL ATTENDEE’S PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING WHILST IN THE CLASS AND ACCESSING AND DEPARTING THE CLASS AND CLUB PREMISES. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT, BE ON TIME BUT NOT TOO EARLY, AND VACATE IMMEDIATELY CLASS FINISHES. THANK YOU.
