Freestyle Cycle

A fun early morning freestyle cycling class designed for all fitness levels with drills and linear rides to music that will set you up for the day!

A freestyle collection of rides including seated flats and seated climbs to target the glutes and quads as well as cadence (rpm) rides with increases in resistance seated and standing up off the saddle.

Class varies with some drills and springs to a variety of music tracks and suitable for all levels as you work at your own fitness ability.

A fun class with banter and anecdotes!
