A mash up of cardio and strength workouts combing various equipment and upbeat funky music to tone and reshape the body.
This is a 60 minute mixed ability class using weights to increase the strength and endurance of your muscles, layered with cardio sections to keep the heart rate and the class tempo up!
Generally an all over body work out concentrating on opposing muscle groups ie: biceps and triceps and hamstrings and quads and of course the abdominals.
