One booking for the two classes and you choose whether to do both classes or just one.

DRILLS

• 15 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts to maximize your results while reducing training time.

• Athletic-based coaching of strength, endurance and speed synced with high-energy soundtracks will propel you forward.

• Designed as one part of your overall training session, Drills exclude warming up and cooling down so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to warm up and allow another 5 minutes cool down after each class.

 

PLEASE ONLY TAKE PART IN BOTH CLASSES IF YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED AND FIT INDOOR CYCLIST.
