Tone and Stretch

A class of two halves. Gentle toning exercises for an all over body workout followed by an invigorating stretch session to leave you feeling flexible and ready for the day!

Suitable for all levels of fitness but particularly suitable for beginners, those returning to exercise or somebody wanting a more relaxed workout.

This 45 minute class focuses on improving the mind and body by increasing flexibility and ranges of motion and encouraging an optimistic outlook.
